Right when our couch was ready for delivery the Covid lockdown was threatening shutdown, and we were worried the couch wouldn't make it to us in time. Our bedroom furniture was delivered as promised but we declined to have the bed frame installed because the bedroom wasn't ready. The delivery was prompt and courteous. The delivery men were extremely helpful in repositioning the furniture several times to satisfy my wife.
We are very happy with our new bedroom suite but the bed frame didn’t fit correctly when I ultimately attempted to assemble it myself. The centre support legs were the wrong size and the predrilled holes for the side rails were incorrectly located so that the slat roll wouldn’t fit properly. (manufacturer's fault)
The after sales support received from Ray and Nick was outstanding! They were helpful and very responsive to our needs. Ultimately, they came to our home and re-installed everything so that it fit correctly. They were helpful and very personable. Despite drilling a few holes they left everything clean.
Although we didn’t have extensive dealings with others in the store, there was a large selection of furniture and everyone that helped us was also great to deal with.
We highly recommend The Bedroom Furniture Gallery to anyone who needs bedroom furniture.

Mia P. : In the last week I have been to Children's Furniture Gallery three times. Each time I was met by different staff. Honestly, the service was superb. The prices, especially on Crate Design furniture were very competitive, and the staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and knew their products. I was reluctant to enter the store at first because I had erroneously assumed that a store so specialized in children's furniture would be outrageously priced. I recently was having an issue with my stroller and they were able to fix it for me free of charge. They didn't worry about whether I had purchased it there or not or if it was in warranty. They concerned themselves more with customer satisfaction rather than paperwork. They even took the time to show me all of the other features of the stroller and how to properly and securely attach my child's car seat onto the stroller.
